Great product to help with bladder issues, especially if you have to go to the toilet during the night this will reduce the frequency. If you have enlarged prostate it will help to reduce it as well, but need to be patient as it would take a couple of weeks to see some results. Take as many as recommend by the manufacturer and based on experience there are no adverse side effects. In general this has only 90 gels, opt in for the version with 180 gels.
