The package size 340 g of Chia seeds fits my 17 oz IKEA KORKEN jar just right. It is also a proper amount for one person to consume before the expiry date. I usually use it by adding 1 tablespoon of seeds in my salad, and this is ideal to ensure nice and soft bowel motion without adding extra calories and causing bloating and gases as prune does.
The product has a good quality and a usual taste of Chia seeds. It is excellent with fresh salad and buttermilk or yogurt-based drinks.

I make the best chocolate chia seed pudding which I top with homemade cashew cream. Seriously, one of the most delicious treats on the planet, in my opinion. Great product! Are use it in muffins and bread and all sorts of stuff. I also Mix the seeds with coconut milk or almond milk as an alternative to rice pudding. Healthy and delicious. It can also be used as an alternative to egg in baking when the seat is mixed with some water.
Upon reading up on chia seeds, this is what I learned: They are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium . Omega-3 fatty acids help raise HDL cholesterol. I figured it was a win-win. I am now putting some in my daily bowl of oatmeal, or adding them to my smoothies.
