It helps to combat cold and flu Together with Quercetin and vitamin C and Vit D This particular one is a bit hard to swallow for me- a large tablet So I ordered capsules for next time

I can't say these tablets have done anything extraordinary for me but I have had no negative side effects from them either. They do, however, have a slightly strange smell and the tablets are quite large so may be hard to swallow for some people.
