We make this using equal amounts skim milk and water. And as far as taste goes, it masks the taste of whey protein reasonably m well. It has a chocolatey flavor combined with strawberry marshmallow. This flavor ranks about as good as the mocha variant; though nowhere as good as Vanilla Ice Cream or Extreme Milk Chocolate.
