It is one of the fewest energy supplements that uses only organic and natural ingridients with no harsh stimulants. It also contains organic green coffee extract, which is very hard to find. Most of the green coffee extracts out there are not organic and might contain chemical residues.
Mixes well, decent taste, no jitters. Would not mind a bit more of a boost though. Gets me through my 6am f45 workout good enough though.
Taste isn't that great. Tastes like watered down juice which I am not a fan of. I didn't feel like it did much in terms of a pre workout as well. Didn't feel any different and didn't really improve my performance.
