i read a book and it mentioned the intake of Triphala which is good for health and the recommended dose is 1000mg so I practically looked for one which has 1000mg per tablet so it's easy for me to take. i think bought items from this brand before so I am sure its quality and ingredients should be fine. the no. of servings suits me well as it an last for 2 months. nevertheless, the direction printed on the bottom recommends to take 2 tablets twice a day so I guess this suggested dosage is for those who have an obvious problem.
