we research and by our butcher suggestion decided on Redmond salt as its made in USA and the fact that its unrefined is a go getter for us, salt was meant to be natural not refined and processed a hundred times before we could purchase. Redmond salt is rich in minerals and its mined from deep below the Earth's surface. Love this salt
