I absolutely LOVE this mild but effect laxative. I have some issues with regularity (mostly due to a poor diet and aging), so if it's been a few days I take one of these with my nightly regimen of other supplements. This is far and away the best "cleansing" product I've ever used. It's very gentle, I get absolutely no uncomfort from taking these at all, no cramping, no gas, bloating, etc. Then, the following night, this product finishes it's job, it a much more comfortable & natural feeling way than anything else I've tried. I bought the small bottle a while ago to give it a try, then seeing I was nearly out, I came back to get the big one. As long as this is out there, it's the only thing I'll use. I highly suggest it to anyone with constipation.

I can't be anymore happy with this. I've been struggling a lot for my bowel movement. Since I take 2 tablets of this every night, my bowel movement is SO MUCH easier. Good...I am taking this daily, can't be without this....although I need to increase the dosage to 2 tabs sometimes, not always working, no cramping for me coz I am used to this, start slow and see how your body response....it used to work better but once your body get used to it, it does not work as fast or effective I think....
