this is our 'go to' supplement whenever any of us feel we're about to go down with a flu. everyone takes this regardless of age from us to our kids. great improvement the day after. quality is superb. packaging is safe. the liquid form tastes great though this tablet form is more convenient.
Nice little pills that seem to benefit the immune system when suffering from a cold. Or, if nothing else, they taste good every few hours when sick. They are quite pricey though. This year I also got dried elderberries from iherb and made them into a tea, and that seemed to work better and I saw more improvement than with any other elderberry products I had tried.

Not sure if it's just a placebo effect but I take this everytime I am feeling under the weather and I never seem to get the full-blown colds. Been wanting to buy more and stock on this but it can be quite expensive. Other than the price point, it works great.
