I'm very happy since I discovered these sea buckthorn seed oil caps! I suffer from very dry skin,hairs and dry eyes,but, since I use these caps I noticed a clear improvement of my problems just after the first bottle. My skin is much softer,but,most of all my eyes don't burn me anymore. I will buy it again and again.
Very good source of unsaturated fat. Good for skin, good for brain, and good for heart. I only Take one capsule each day. Because i take fish oil too
