If the ear still feels blocked after using these drops, call a doctor for an exam. If you try OTC earwax softeners, it is imperative to know that you don’t have a punctured (perforated) eardrum prior to using the product. If you have a punctured eardrum and put softeners in the ear it may cause a middle ear infection (otitis media). Similarly, simply washing the ear with a punctured eardrum may start an infection. If you are uncertain whether or not you have a hole in your eardrum, consult a health-care professional.

the size is small but it works on my ears, it melts the hard earwax, no scent at all which i like and the quality of the bottle is good, not sure about the ear bulb syringe it cannot sip my earwax so I have to use other thing to get my earwax out, overall it's a good earwax remover ❤️
The quality of this product is good as I used it couple of times already I think it’s effective to some extent and it helped me get some wax removed from my ear The value is good and composition is very good However the feel is annoying but that’s normal and common

This stuff is easy to apply and very straightforward. If you want to clean your ears naturally, i definitely reccomend it. Its probably best used with cotton balls so your not tilting your head for five minutes.

I had bought this product because I had started having issues with hearing. I could see I have a lot of ear wax, but I couldn't clean it. This product helped a lot. At first, I didn't feel it did much, but on the second day my ears just "popped".
