I use this for a long time and my hair is beautiful. I will buy also biotin to use with this. I have very long hair so for me it is very important to use supplements and vitamins. Solgar is my No.1. After 4 pregnancies, my hair is still very beautiful, long, soft.
got it for my hair loss due to pcos. it has ingredients that benefit healthy hair and skin. I've been taking them for a month along with other supplements, it reduced hair fall drastically. the size of tablets is a bit big.. and I take 1 tablet daily which is less than the written dosage because I'm taking other supplements at the same time. it has a taste to it like maybe iron taste. but overall I recommend this for hair.

I can see amazing results on my nails health and strength, it does not have strong taste or weird scent to it like other pills do, it carries so many good ingredients and benefit, it is Halal which is really important to me. the pills are a bit large in size but I can drink it. I had no side effects. the effect for my was amazing. I soffered severe hair loss due to an i fection of thoots. After taking this pills for 5-6 days in combination with biotin my hair stopped falling! I will continue to take to see if it works on hair growth but up to now I'm so happy the haoir stopped to fall. there is no after taste and it is gentle on stomac. the co.position is great and the quanlity of solgar products is always superior.

Started taking this tablet for a few days now. Felt like my hair does not fall off as much than before. I have been taking 2 tablets with meals as per the bottle instructions. I also take collagen so it helped with my nail and hair growth. Does not taste bad as I swallow the tablets immediately although they are quite big in size. I believe they are of good quality and have great benefits considering many people have attested it before me. Just need to consult a doctor if this can be taken if you are pregnant, nursing or have a medical condition for safety precautions.

I got 60 pills bottle delivered on March 26, 2022, and drank them every day for the first ~40 days, after that I became a bit less disciplined. 2 months later, I was still not seeing much results. Then finally around mid-June (2.5 months later) I noticed that my usually short, thin and peeling nails grew longer and thicker, and that my hair growth also accelerated. (I know in photo this looks short, but this is quite long for me - and this is also after filing)
I have PCOS and have dealt with hair loss for the past 7 years. 4 years after getting diagnosed, I lost half of the hair on my head.
