It look and feel as a great quality product. I love it. Honestly I can't think of anything that has changed. I believe in the long term benefits and have had great experience with Source Natural products. I recommend this product, it has good balance of EPA/DHA too.

Decent Astaxanthin levels for the price. other prioducts have higher levels but are more pricy. Additionally if you are concered with distrupting your DHT - Testosterone enzyme, this level (1 mg) of Astaxanthin seems like a safer middle ground compared to other 12 mg mega doses. Middle of the road DHA and EPA levels as well. Best and safest bang for your buck if you want to try to get safe unoxidized omega 3s. My girlfriend and I use it on days we cannot get salmon roe or equivalent sources of EPA-DHA.
