I am taking this because of the anthocyanin and related constituents, for eyes and possibly cholesterol level benefits (in combination with other dietary changes). I can't say yet whether it is beneficial, but my eyes seem a bit more comfortable.

I have been talking Bilberry as my eye support for over 2 decades. I alternate among 2-3 brands with different dosage and other ingredients to have a variety. The Source Natural is with Calcium (as dibasic calcium phosphate) 51mg and Bilberry Fruit Standardized Extract 100mg/pill (Vaccinium myrtillus) They also come in 50mg. I really don’t know what calcium does.
