Source naturals is my favorite source for FOS! I use it to help with calcium absorption and gut biome since it is our friendly bacteria that we need to keep in balance with the bad. Taking 1 teaspoon of FOS every morning, dissolved in water, gets rid of candida quickly. Pretty amazing! Not only was the product readily available through iherb, but the price was significantly better than through Amazon, which I’ve been purchasing this through for at least seven years. I even received additional savings by registering with iherb…yay! I now know which company is my go to source for my favorite FOS! Wish I had figured this out years ago. As for the product itself, it arrived quickly, packaged well, and much more conveniently. I have never had a problem with Source Naturals. Quality from beginning to end.

This is a good (sort of neutral) tasting, simple, clean, easy to dissolve, easy to drink powder of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) from Source Naturals brand....for improving the balance of microbiome... I think it may be sufficient to take it for a few weeks to a few months, beyond that, you will want to reply on natural whole foods to get your FOS
