This is good quality and a reliable brand, and was suggested by my nutritionist. My husband and I take it to help manage our cholesterol and reduce inflammation as we are "seniors" and have to be careful of our health. It also helps with my husband's heart condition. It has no aftertaste and we take it after our meals.
