I have so much respect for bee products. But I am still trying to figure out a use for bee propolis. Whenever I use them (I use high dose). I get sinus headache a few days after. When I stop, the headache goes away. Maybe it is a detox, maybe it is allergy. I do not know. It could take me sometime before I can figure this out.
