We have been taking these & have acquired good immunity to cough & cold. We find ourselves less tired, have good stamina, even though we are active throughout the day. Both of us take 2 caps every morning together with CoQ10, Multivite, & Rhodiola after breakfast & then we are off to our daily activities. We are in our mid 70's & are enjoying our retirement. The quality of this supplement is an exceptional blend! I did not have any concern about the improvement on my composition & diet. Benefit is perfect & efficient, to battle nutrient deficiency. the package size & taste is nice, especially for my age. I am very specific on my ingredient list. My frequency use is daily, so I will order more indeed!
so far so good this is the first time to use this brand. although it is stated that i take 1 a day, i take only 3 a day base on previous brand which is more than 3 a day. i use this for heart failure help and increase immunity and kidney health asthma abnormal heart rhythm
I have found Astragalus very useful in the run up to winter to strengthen my immunity against colds and flu. The trick is to not take it if you are actually sick, but to use it in between those times to support your immunity. Capsules are easy to take and good value for money.
