I usually take 2-3 daily so the 60 cap x 500mg bottle lasts 3-4 weeks. It's excellent quality. Keeps my body humming along nicely. I bought several!

Spanish Black Radish is so helpful for the sinuses but I didn't find this brand in capsules to work quite as well for me. I know others who use it and it does fine. The cost is worth the try!
