Got this glucosamine supplement for someone who was having joint aches. While they haven’t noticed an immediate improvement, it’s likely that the benefits will be realized in the longer run! As far as the supplement goes, the packaging was excellent, the capsule has no bad after taste and didn’t cause any digestion issues either. The ingredients generally seem to be of good quality and I’m glad that it’s from shellfish and not from other animal sources.
