I did like the quality and the result for my health after these superfood. Bought it for helicobacter pylori reason. Needed lactobacillus gasseri. It does work. I felt improvement. Can recommend for sure
I have only used this for 10 days and the first I’ve noticed is that I have much less of an appetite than usual. I am seldom hungry. It’s the only change I have done recently so likely a result from takkng these. I take two per day, one at breakfast and one in the afternoon.
I've bought this probiotic at another store when it wasn't sold on iHerb. I thought it was a good probiotic. So I'm glad I could buy it on iHerb. My gastrointestinal condition has improved. I heard that Lactobacillus Gasseri has the effect of reducing bad bacteria in the digestive system.
