this is very powerfull. i bought the 12.5 g i advice even buy the 25mg .. first time i used it .. i felt my heart palpitation and weird feeling in it .. so i stooped .. then i thought why not lower the dose .. so i open the capsule and use the power over 10 doses or more so am getting around 1mg .. much better ..and might gradualy increase ..i statrted to lose weight and feel more energtic . i used to drink a lot which effects thyroid and metabolism .so you can get 25mg and use powder over 25 doses ..it will last you long time

Not many places have Iodine with this high of milligram. Hope they get the 25 mg back again! Using for my thyroid instead of pharmaceutical drugs!
