Hard to find Fennel in Japan, so glad I can buy it here. The price was a little high for the amount, but it is good quality. I will repurchase if on sale.

The cap was too big for the bottle. It does not close tightly. The product itself is OK.

I add it to curry as a spice. You can also enjoy it as herbal tea even if you put it in boiling water. Since it is put in as it is, the chewy texture of the grains is interesting and has a gentle flavor. You can strain it with a tea strainer, but it seems to be better for your health if you eat it all. Moreover, the organic point is wonderful!

Fenkel seeds are very helpful for those with urinary incontinence, urinary problems and kidney problems. You need to drink 1 tsp per glass of boiling water throughout the day.

I think I'm going to enjoy baked sweets and tea using fennel seeds.
