I use them (crushed) to season grilled fish.

I use it for anything other than Indian food such as curry, but I used to sell bottled mustard seeds in my neighborhood, but it's gone and I found it when I was looking for it, so I bought it. I did. It is recommended because it is of good quality and looks good. In addition to meat and fish dishes, I also make omelet after tempering. It's bubble wrap and it's delicious because you can feel the spiciness.
