These bars have grown on me. The first time I ate it my body was not quite used to digesting it and it was a bit slow. The flavour was a bit different on account of its whole food nature with really only dates to sweeten it. However, I now enjoy the coconut chocolate flavour and do not have any big problems with digestion. The ingredients seem very high quality. With that said, do not expect the same kind of energy bar that also satiates your sweet tooth. It is rather filling, so keep that in mind if you plan to shoot out the gate and do intense exercise immediately after.
