I bought this to help my immune system as I fight with fungal infection. May be it is helping a bit but can’t see any outstanding results. Taste is also just like an average herbal tea. I am not a scientist but I believe for anything to make immune system stronger it should be consumed for longer periods, just one or two weeks of supplementation may not be that effective. The color of the berry is nice though and it does not have caffeine so it could serve nice hot drink by adding a hint of honey and lemon.

I love echinacea tea, especially combined with elderberry. Bought this to try because the usual brand I buy was out of stock. It is nice, but I can't really taste the elderberry, the cinnamon and other spices are a bit overpowering.
