The size is big, need to eat one at a time. It helps to strengthen my knees, I could walk faster during training. The ingredients are of good quality. really helps strengthening my leg muscles, more energy,less pain/fatigue. Good benefit helps to keep of fats. I eat this in conjunction with collagen product.

Good 6g protein on the go with 4 tabs - big though. Best bitten in half and chewed separately. These aminos are great for balancing mood, & feeling more relaxed. Also helps me get back to sleep when I wake in the middle of the night.
