I love this product! The quality is excellent as it is made from clean ingredients and comes from pasture-raised grass fed bovine. It has a neutral flavour, so you can use it both in sweet and salty dishes. It has a great thickening properties (much stronger than the store-bought gelatin). It is such a life saver for people with leaky gut and autoimmune diseases as it promotes gut health, reduces symptoms and provides many other helath benefits (digestion, stronger nails, better skin and hair). I have been using this brand for few years now and cannot find any reason to switch to another. Athough it is a bit pricey.
This product provides rapid regeneration of joint and connective tissue. I consume a predominately plant based diet and shunned the idea of animal based collagen for my little finger chronic joint pain caused by a repetitive routine at work. I tried agar-agar to source collagen to heal the joint of this finger. There was some relief, but the pain and swelling was still lingering especially upon awakening. Vital proteins beef gelatin provided greater relief within days. After 2 weeks the swelling is almost invisible and the chronic joint pain is about 95% gone. Based on my experience and the research data a diet including complex sugars, rapid sugars should be eliminated, and any food source creating an inflammatory response will make a huge difference in the rapidity of the healing process.
The Vital Protein Beef Gelatin is a great quality grass-fed product, I love using for homemade sweet and savory gelatin based dishes (from basic jellies to panacottas). It is also an organic supplement, good for everyone’s diet! The gelatin comes in fine granules and it mixes perfectly with plain water, juice, cashew or almond milk/beverage, broth (for savory jelly). I never experienced any clumps or other consistency issues. I love it's plain and simple, for sweet treats I add my own Stevia or monk fruit flavored sweeteners. I can make Out of the canister the gelatin smells... well... like beef gelatin. But once prepared I can barely smell or taste it.

This product is a supplement for improving health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading "Vitamin" in the title of the search results. It filled some essential needs I had so far: energy boost and eliminated fatigue due to long flights and stress. Its highly recommended Brand!
I love this. I add this to my hot chocolate, smoothies and coffee. It has no taste so you can add it to almost any food or beverage. Dissolves easily too. This is my second purchase already and will continue to buy this. Quality ingredients too.
I have been using Vital Proteins for many years using the collagen as well as the gelatin. Quality is amazing. The ingredients are very. The composition of this gelatin is very nice to be used in recipes that need thickening. It has a little bit of a sticky consistency packaging is very easy to open and to seal for storage after using the gelatin. I see a lot of improvements in my joints like my knee.
The beef gelatin is unflavor, so i can mix any juice or coffee, and it dissolve quickly . It good for my breakfast . It really good. I hope it can improve my collegan .I just try 1 week , not yet see any significant change. To be fair, just 1 week, I will keep going to drink it..
I’ve been using Vital Proteins for several years. I’m a big fan of it being a grass-fed product, and it’s a great way to sneak in some protein nutrients into smoothies, yogurt/acai bowls. I even used to make gummy treats with this product. I do feel my nails grow faster and are stronger since using this gelatin.
Really enjoying our vital proteins! It doesn’t have any flavor which is wonderful but all the added nutrients. We have made jello and gummy bears with these. My little boy loves helping me make both. And I’m so happy knowing that I’m able to provide delicious snacks while being healthy at the same time.
