These carry really good minerals for you, I like to add them in my smoothies and Açaí bowls for added nutritional, it also doesn’t effect the taste at all. I can’t say I noticed a difference or anything but it’s still super good for your body :)

A lot more expensive than the bottle version, but conveniently packed individually in easy to tear packets, nicely portioned for use when travelling or for the gym. I've taken this product for a while now, and it has definitely helped my complexion!
