The pills themselves are sized decently small. They are trying to mimic some sort of berry flavor/ taste, it’s not super successful. It’s not unpleasant, but it isn’t pleasant either. I left it under my tongue to dissolve and it took about 5-6 minutes. The quality isnt super high. I woke up a few times during the night so not long acting. Fell asleep well though. The price is really nice for 120 tablet. That’s about 3 months to keep on trying them!

The strongest dose of melatonin. It is quickly assimilated. I recommend not to chew but to drink with a glass of water. At first, use half a pill because it is really very strong. after taking a full pill in the morning, I had a severe headache.

Is it safe to drink something that smells like this? I have taken various melatonin in the past, and they are usually tasteless and odorless. I feel like I'm going to throw up when I take it. I don't know how well it works. I will not buy this manufacturer in the future.

Really not a good taste, sort of burns, should have just been a pill instead honestly.. I can't say that I notice the 20mg... so I think that's not accurate... and/or the mass of "other ingredients" is doing something to it. I get more of an impact from 5 and 10mg brands.
