These are my go to product when I feel like I might get sick or getting sick. This product's Zinc works much better than tablet zinc. A must have in any medicine closet! Personally I think this works better than the nasal spray.

The taste is great, but you can still feel it working. Be sure to take note of the instructions around eating/drinking before and afterwards! Have purchased again for that quick zinc boost. Contains two versions of zinc, both branded with Zicam's own type of name.
